I can’t figure out how I became such a huge disappointment to my mother. Most mothers and daughters become closer after a grandchild is born, but it’s been the opposite with my mother and I. Nothing I say or do is right in regards to my personal life or the life of my son. It’s mentally and emotionally draining and frustrating.
